SKY STRETCHING class focused on deeply stretching the body. Class is designed for those who wants to increase their overall flexibility and eventually achieve splits and back-bends! This is a great way to loosen tight muscles, improve circulation, increase range of motion, decrease odds of injuries and help muscles to recover.

The silk hammock is there to help you balance and make the process easier and more fun!




Deep stretching class with ballet movements for balance and strengthening muscles. Designed for people who wants to improve their flexibility and achieve splits in the future.


Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre or hammock and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Great workout to feel all your muscles!


This prenatal exercise program is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. class is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are open for pregnant women and new moms.

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. Great way to make your body stronger and leaner.
