My life started from humble beginnings with goals and aspirations that brought me to where I am today. I have always set short-term goals which eventually have continued into long-term goals. The goals of fitness, good health, and helping others have always been at the top of my list. My health has always improved since I was young. Since I was an adolescent I have always strived to improve my health. This has been done by adhering to a strict nutrition. The diet plan has been synonymous with my workout regimens and training. I was led to help others and open LISA SPRING STUDIO LLC with the intent to leave a lasting fitness impression. The results that my clients achieve are my training fuel to always self-improve and motivate others.

This class is designed to tone body, build strength and learn beautiful hammock tricks.
Starts with warm up leading to high intensity workout focused on cardio and strength, and after workout students learn aerial tricks and finish your workout with a nice stretch.
